Resource Description

This resource describes what a summary is and the three types of summaries that need to be known.

The three types of summaries are:

  • Prose / Paragraph form of a Summary
  • Table form of a Summary
  • Point form of a Summary

It shows how these summaries should be laid out and describes what should be included in each form. It also provides a do’s and don’ts list as to what someone should or should not do when writing a summary.
