English HL Term 3 Creative Writing Project – Grade 4

Grade 4 English HL Creative Writing Project following CAPS and designed using Blooms Taxonomy. This project is centered around the theme of hero’s and villains by using legends easy enough for Grade 4s to understand. The project is divided into 3 sections that guide learners step-by-step in order to achieve the best marks possible. The first section, being the research component helps learners identify the hypothesis question, where to find the stories and guided questions in order to achieve fair results for section 1. The project has 2 creative writing sections in order to help learners by giving them more than one chance in order improve their results. This project allows learners to be creative and have fun while using their imaginations. The last section, being the oral encourages learners to think out of the box, use technology and work on their acting skills. Each section ends with a clear and in-depth rubric, helping to mainstream marking between different classes.
