Section A: Research – an animal from the Amazon. 20 marks
Section B: Reading Comprehension and Summary based on an infographic report on Sloths 40 marks
Section C: Writing and Presenting – Transactional Writing – creating an infographic report based on the animal previously researched. 20 marks
Section D: Writing and Presenting – Narrative Writing – writing a fable using creatures from the rainforest of the Amazon 20 marks
Total mark allocation = 100/2 = 50 marks
Included in this are the tasks, memorandums, graphic writing organiser and rubrics. Memorandum is animated for easy review and corrections.
