Emergent reading – Logo Alphabet. 26 A5 posters, each poster has a capital and small letter and a logo picture, that will be recognizable by the learner/child. It has many well-known references, such as KFC, Mac Donalds, LEGO etc.

This is an important process in the reading journey. Your Grade Rs should be able to recognise at least a few of these, and the sound that they begin with.
