Creative Writing Checklist

Encourage your students to edit and review their own work with this creative writing checklist. This easy-to-understand checklist makes your life as a teacher easier as well! students can have this resource nearby as a reminder of what they need to do. No more “Do I need to have capital letters?” and “Must there be full sentences?” questions from your students!

Colour and Black-and-White Versions are available! The black-and-White version also includes pictures and icons to help students read.

This resource can be printed on a single page. Alternatively, print with 2 on a page (or even 4) to save paper. You could also print it larger and make an anchor chart for your Literacy or Creative Writing wall.
