This is a 7 minute video and worksheet regarding Health and Well-being in relation to food. We look at why eating together (as opposed to tv dinners) are great bonding factors within the family, and the best ways to enjoy food, and why. The video can be replayed following some discussion after first viewing. It has light (ambient / modern) music in the background with several video clips for each point made.
