Reading Record and Assessment Bookmark and Reading Rubric

This bookmark also serves as a reading record and assessment sheet. There is space for weeks of daily reading to be recorded and assessed. The marker is designed to be folded in 3 sections which makes it a good size for a bookmark. The column headings are: Date; Book title; Pages read that day; Comment and then 5 columns to rate accuracy, fluency, expression, comprehension and awareness of punctuation.

There is a more comprehensive reading rubric included which has space for a comment each time an assessment is done.
