Physician’s Report – For Any Literature (Editable in Google Slides)

Have your students demonstrate their knowledge and understanding from any literature using this fun Physician’s Report. Have your students focus on the details about a main character and fill in a Physician’s Report. This requires students to recall facts throughout the story as well as make inferences. It is a great way to stretch the imagination of your students while having fun. This activity works great where the literature your reading has sick, emotional distress or even death within the reading.

This resource includes two Physician report styles (both come with and without writing line printables) as well as  a matching writing Handout.
