ONOMATOPOEIA – What a word.
It can be quite a task to find fun, interesting and challenging worksheets to teach the concept of “onomatopoeia”.
In the past, I have taught onomatopoeia using comic strips, and even tried matching pictures to their onomatopoeic sounds.
We can do better – I’ve got you covered.
In this fun activity, we explore various pop songs that contain onomatopoeia, such as “Boom Clap” by Charli XCX and more.
