I can – Intervention Plan Reading Group 1

The I can – Intervention Plan is for learners who struggle with reading.  The baseline assessment is done to see where the intervention by the teacher or parent must start.  Once the baseline assessment is done the learner can start with the workbook according to his or her own ability.  This resource is the first reading workbook and designed for learners who, according to the baseline assessment, know all the Group 1 Phonic sounds. (satpin) and/or have completed the I can – Intervention Plan Phonics Workbook 1.  These reading activities are decodable reading activities and learners are encourage to read the stories out loud and complete the activities that follow.
