Resource Description

How to read Mathematics…
• Word by word … this is crucial!
• Each word in a sentence in mathematics has a different concept or principle.
• When reading word by word, the different concepts and principles are awakened in the
mind. By the thought of association, the method(s) as well as the rational procedures
are activated.
• The more you practice, the easier the different methods and aspects become. This
enables the person to recognise the difference between the different procedures,
enabling him/her to be successful at resolving and answering of any questions. Jocelyn Jacobs
