In this workbook, you will find information to help your students get familiar with concepts related to Measurements, i.e. the area of 2D shapes. This workbook starts as a story about a boy learning about area with his aunt. It has activities with some real-life examples and prompts students to answer as they go along. This book can be used as a full lesson giving your students an introduction to the concept of Area. Students can begin by reading thus improving their literacy. You may also use other examples around the home (for home-schoolers), classroom and school to solidify the concept further.
