The assignment is based on the Entrepreneurs Day and it is out of 50 Marks. The test that is also available for purchase on here is 50 marks as well. The instructions for the assignment is as follows You must organise an Entrepreneur’s Day event to be held at your school. This includes the preparation of a document that deals with all the necessary planning issues, the actual presentation of the event, and your income and expenditure statement drafted after the event. The learners will be asked to make an action plan which includes all the following: A SWOT analysis identifying the needs, wants and shopping habits of your potential customers (learners, parents and teachers) as well as the availability of goods that can be sold, entertainment that can be provided and services that may be offered. The arrangements in aspects of the date, time and venue for the Entrepreneur’s Day event. A detailed list of the specific responsibilities of the learner/ learners in the group. A detailed list of the goods that will be on sale (including goods made from recycled material), the entertainment that will be provided and the services that will be offered.  A detailed list of what the other learners are responsible for the sale of what goods, entertainments or services. Advertising the event, including a marketing poster. A budget for planned expenses (based on real costs of goods and services that will be available) and the planned income (this must be reasonable). (See page 89 for example of budget. A proposal with regards to good business conduct on the day and the incorporation, as far as possible of recycled materials.
